Chefs in Cincinnati have taken the Bucket Brigade challenge. They use their overages or receive rescued produce from La Soupe and transform it into soupes or meals. A volunteer food runner delivers this back to La Soupe to distribute to different agencies - schools, after school programs, and churches. La Soupe could not feed 2,000 kids a week without our Bucket Brigade chefs. Please frequent these restaurants and thank the chefs for feeding our city.
When La Soupe needs extra help, we conduct a Soupe Surge - a request for a pop up batch. Restaurants pitch in to make a batch of soupe when our needs are extra big!
