La Soupe operates on a 15/85 model- we sell 15% of all soupes made to support the 85% that we give. While retail sales allow us to “keep the lights on”, the majority of our funding for staff/overhead/general expenses comes from individual donations. The community’s generosity has enabled us to expand our operation from a small soupe shack to a primary source of food for up to 2,000 people (primarily kids) a week.

How to Donate
Rescue 75 pounds of perfectly good food from going to the landfill.
Feed a class of 30 kids lunch for 2 weeks.
Feed a family of 4 nutritious meals for 1 year.
